To accommodate the building footprint and essential parking on a challenging site, Black Walnut delivered a comprehensive site package, including the construction of a substantial retaining wall that ensures long-term stability and structural integrity.

The exterior features a timeless brick façade paired with expansive Hardie soffit and fascia elements, creating a polished, welcoming aesthetic that commands attention.
