This comprehensive 9,000-square-foot interior renovation demonstrates Black Walnut’s ability to execute large-scale commercial upgrades with precision and speed. Completed in just four months during the winter of 2023, the project revitalized the educational facility from floor to ceiling.

To ensure the space functions as well as it looks, the renovation included a full infrastructure update - featuring new plumbing, electrical systems, and added insulation - alongside modern lighting and a fresh ACT ceiling grid. We installed durable luxury vinyl tile and commercial-grade carpet to withstand heavy foot traffic, while custom millwork adds a tailored, high-quality finish. This project exemplifies "Construction Simplified," delivering a fully refreshed and functional environment within the agreed-upon timeline.
